Jens presentation was great. I really enjoyed the questions and the discussion dynamics, especially with the genius.com people. Good stuff!

The talk Jens gave and his insights into why Scrum is hard and what pieces need to be in place to succeed were excellent. It was also great to hear about the success of a real Scrum team from the team members from Genius - how they were actually implementing the framework that Jens was talking about. I enjoyed the fact that there was a good mix of people who had different levels of familiarity with Scrum because that led to some excellent questions and answers as well as interesting discussions.

Great to hear about all gotchas when implementing scrum. Equally interesting to hear about the experience of implementing scrum as told by some folks attending from genius.com
